ENGS 15.14 Human-Centered Design Capstone Studio

This capstone course enables advanced undergraduates completing the Human-Centered Design Minor to develop an independently-scoped design project from conception to implementation. Students enter the course with a defined project, focused on addressing a real-world problem for a specific population. Working in interdisciplinary teams, students generate, test, refine, and integrate their concepts into real-world contexts, aiming for measurable impact. Projects culminate in refined solutions, such as digital products, physical artifacts, services, experiences, or systems, that are tested and usable by real users or communities.
