BIOL 9.02 Researching Evolutionary Ecology in the Sea

Students in this course will apply the scientific method to answer questions in Biology through discovery-based laboratory experiences. Lecture topics will introduce project-relevant concepts in ecological and evolutionary theory, as well as background information on the study system. Class meetings will occur in the laboratory, where students will perform and analyze experiments designed to address novel questions in Biology. These experiments will generate new, previously unobserved findings. Open to all students. Not open to students who have received credit for BIOL 009 or BIOL 09.01.
