PH 209 Introduction to Improvement Methods
PH 209 (Introduction to Improvement Methods) introduces systems thinking in health care and public health and familiarizes learners with widely used improvement concepts and methods for systematically assessing context, testing change, and measuring improvement. Learners will also gain practical experience with improvement “tools” applicable across a variety of professional settings.
